Contribution Terms

By submitting a device, you assign to Patchmygear, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all transferable economic rights, title and interest in and to your submission and all related materials you provide with it, for the full term of such rights and any renewals or extensions, on a worldwide basis.

To the extent any such rights cannot validly be assigned or transferred under applicable law, you grant Patchmygear, its affiliates, partners, service providers, successors, assigns and any acquirer of Patchmygear or its business, a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, use, copy, display, perform, publish, distribute, market, promote, sell access to, adapt, modify, translate, reformat, combine with other materials, create derivative works from and otherwise exploit the submission in any manner and for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that Patchmygear may review, edit, rename, reclassify, refuse, unpublish, suspend or remove the submission at any time, with or without notice, and without any obligation to publish or continue to make the submission available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, or agree not to assert, any moral rights, rights of attribution, integrity, withdrawal or similar rights in relation to Patchmygear’s use, modification, publication, commercialization or removal of the submission.

These rights are granted without any separate payment, royalty or compensation unless Patchmygear expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
